Your Implementation Consultant will work with you to train you on all features and configuration options in emPerform – ensuring you are 100% able and comfortable managing your performance management system now and over time. Training takes place during setup and configuration so you know exactly how your processes and forms are setup and additional training for new administrators can be provided at any time.
We can train as many Administrators as you’d like and no technical skills or experience is needed to learn and manage emPerform.
All administrator training is guided by online training guides made available to all administrators.

Whether you are using Microsoft Dynamics™, PeopleSoft®, SAP®, ADP®, JD Edwards®, Paychex®, UltiPro® and many others, emPerform’s robust HRIS import/export module and custom integrations will help ensure a tight integration of data with your core HR systems.
emPerform also integrates with existing email systems like Outlook® in order to send automated email and task notifications as well as calendar events.
emPerform is offered as either a Hosted (SaaS) or On-Premise solution.
Also referred to as ‘SaaS’ (software as a service), hosted deployment involves emPerform hosting an organisation’s system. The data is accessible at all times using a web browser and is completely secure. Maintenance and updates are handled by emPerform.
